Dave, a life-long resident of this area, owned and operated Bob’s Bay Club on Clearwater Lake for 18 years before joining the Oak Realty team in the fall of 2002.

Dave is originally from Maple Lake, where his parents lived their entire lives, but has lived in Annandale for 26 years. He and his wife Judy have children and grandchildren in Minnesota and Oregon. Dave enjoys attending sporting events and golfing, and participates in a few charity golf events each year. He and Judy also spend time at their home in Arizona during the winter months.

Learning to work with many different personalities is something Dave says he has taken from his years in the restaurant business into real estate. He says that learning more about the people he meets and seeing that they are happy after the sale makes his work most enjoyable. Building trust with his clients is something Dave takes pride in. Nothing means more, he says, than “honesty, fairness and being on time.”
